PINK! PINK! PINK! We love pink!

I wanted this posting to be in PINK, but bloggers Pink is a little wimpy, so this was as close as I could get. Guess it's *pink at heart*
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I know it's been a while since I posted, but things have been crazy. Mid-March Shiloh was diagnosed with pneumonia. I was able to change my return ticket from the Dominican Republic(date and destination!). I should truthfully say "The LORD allowed my return ticket to be changed (date and destination)"
Changine the date is no big deal...a few $$$ and all is done. Destination change on the 2nd half of a round-trip ticket???That's another matter, but Delta did it. Actually I think they wrote a new ticket and only charged me for the date change. Because Bob saw them writing figures in the $500's down, but then he heard the supervisor tell the clerk "Over-ride it and just document it" PRAISE THE LORD!
So, I spent a month with Shan and the kids. Shiloh completely recovered and is back at preschool.
But then I needed a round trip ticket to get to the DR. You can't fly in to the DR without an exit ticket. Round trip has to start and end at same location. So, I needed to get to Dayton, so in July I would be on the same flight with Bob.
Guess flying from Lynchburg to Dayton is not something many people do, so that ticket would have been over $500!! But, I was able to go to Budget rental, get a one-way rental and drive to Dayton. I love driving and miss being able to do that much. Shan, made me a cd of music to listen to that was wonderful! David picked me up at the airport and I was able to spend a few days with him and Lyndie.
Added bonus: I was then able to attend their baby shower on Saturday!!!! What a blessing that was for me! What fun watching them receive such a 'showering' of gifts also!
Then the added joy of seeing and talking to many from church. Linda, Randy, Monty and Krista~Saturday night was a treat! What fun! and yet relaxing! Next time, we'll have to include Bob!
But now the reason for PINK! Just incase there is anyone reading this post who hasn't heard...David and Lyndie's adoption process moved to level PINK! Today they are on their way to Guatemala to finally meet in person YOSELIN RUBI GRACE, their daughter. Friday they will bring her home!
So, I am wearing PINK today! I woke up at 3:30 this morning and have spent much time in prayer for all of them. Thanks to the wonder of modern technology I have been able to track their flights. They are now in the air over the Gulf of Mexico!
How do words even begin to describe how I feel? Another granddaughter..two princesses to love and enjoy! With two older princes! I LOVE being a *mana*. Stephan called me that as soon as he could start talking and that is what I am! It's wonderful!
Stephan, Samuel, Shiloh, and Yoselin I love being your *mana*. You all are a delight!
